After over 20 years of consistent use, it was time for an upgrade. This customer wanted to stay with the brand they have relied on for so long. They chose to go with UniMac’s high performance package. With the UniLinc touch control on both the washers and dryers this customer is taking the guess work out of doing laundry, giving them full programmability over the washers and dryers. The washers include the OPTispray feature and extracts at 400 G-Force. The dryers will utilize the OPTidry feature, protecting the life of their linen and lowering their utility cost. This new hotel decided to go with Dexter Laundry equipment. With the O-Series control, it allows them to customize cycles to meet their needs. The dryers include Dexter’s Moisture Detection System with patented wireless technology that stops the cycle when the desired dryness level has been reached. This will protect the life and quality of the linen. These washers are backed with an industry leading 10 year warranty. 

This old and run down laundromat got a complete refresh with all new Dexter equipment. The ALS team helped negotiate the acquisition of the property, provided the new layout, oversaw the construction process and installed all new washers and dryers with the DexterLive and DexterPay system.

After years of success with the UniMac product, this facility was in need of an upgrade. This customer was looking to expand his laundromat business by opening a second location, this beautiful 5,000 square foot laundromat includes over 45 washers and over 25 stacked dryers. Advanced Laundry systems found the location, helped with lease negotiations, provided design, layout and equipment mix for optimal efficiency. This location has implemented the Dexterlive/Dexterpay platform which gives the owner the ability to watch the store’s performance in real time. Dexterpay gives customers the option to pay with credit card, or they can always pay with coin.

This customer was upset with the constant aggravation of their soft mount washers and welcomed the installation of two new UniMac hard mount washers. This transition will enhance the overall stability and efficiency of their laundry process. This laundry room featured an elevated wooden pad with concrete poured over and we went the extra mile by removing this pad and installing the machines directly onto the floor ensuring these machines will last for many years to come.
